Create user accounts

Adding a new account

You will need to access the menu within the Admin Portal to add an account:

1. Click the Settingsoptionat the bottom left corner of the menu
2. Select Team from the sub-menu.
3. Click on the Invite Team Members button on the right-hand side of the middle window.

 

 

On the pop-up, fill in all the fields:

1. Select an AbuseHQ account type for this account.
   • Agent – No settings access
   • Admin – Unrestricted access

2. Once all the information has been added, you will see an Invite button in the bottom right corner.

 

 

 

 

The new account will receive an email with a Join Your Team button.

They will need to click on this button to create a password and finalize the account creation.
