How do we achieve a collaborative and diverse remote company culture?
To enhance a diverse and collaborative company culture, we meet in person once a year to strengthen team spirit. We live our values every day and raise awareness of cultural differences through, for example, workshops. We believe in a constructive and clear onboarding from the start. Giving team members the freedom to work when and where they want provides flexibility to ensure a healthy work-life balance. To obtain and improve our company culture we do pulse checks monthly through culture surveys.
