Abusix Product-Specific Terms

Schedule 1, Abusix Guardian Mail
Description. Real-time blocklists and email threat data used to filter spam, phishing, malware, and related email threats.
License scope. Customer may use the Guardian Mail blocklist and threat data solely within Customer’s own mail-filtering and email-security infrastructure, for the licensed volume/tier set out in the Order Form, and solely for Customer’s internal purposes. No resale or redistribution except as expressly permitted in the Order Form (see AUP §3).
Usage metric. Billed per the metric stated in the Order Form, typically queries per day or protected mailboxes, depending on the plan.
Query data. Abusix processes DNSBL/query data as needed to provide and secure the Service; handling and retention are described in the Privacy Policy and the DPA.
Service level. Guardian Mail is a Covered Service under the SLA (99.5% target, subject to the SLA terms).
Schedule 2, Abusix Guardian Ops
Description. SaaS platform for managing network abuse (successor to AbuseHQ): abuse-report ingestion, case management, and automation.
License scope. Access is licensed per the unit stated in the Order Form. The applicable metric, e.g., managed network / IP space, event or report volume, or seats, depends on the customer type and plan.
Customer Data. Guardian Ops processes Customer-submitted abuse reports and network data as Customer Data under the Agreement and the DPA.
Initial setup. Onboarding and initial setup are provided according to the Support Services Plan purchased (see Support Services Policy §4).
Service level. Guardian Ops is a Covered Service under the SLA (99.5% target, subject to the SLA terms).
Schedule 3, Abusix Guardian Intel
Description. Threat intelligence data feeds and lookup tools.
License scope. Customer may use the intelligence feeds solely for Customer’s internal security and threat-detection purposes, for the feeds and limits set out in the Order Form.
Redistribution and attribution. No resale, sublicensing, or public redistribution except as expressly permitted in the Order Form, and always subject to the threat-data terms in AUP §3.
Beta / Lookup features. Pre-release or beta features (e.g., a Lookup beta) are provided under the Agreement’s Trial/Beta terms, “AS IS,” and excluded from the SLA.
Service level. Guardian Intel data feeds are not Covered Services under the SLA.
