The Statistics Page was upgraded to the same structure as the Dashboard and you can now use 5 new filters in Inbound Processing.

Statistics Page

The Statistics Page received lots of updates. The components are now configurable and moveable like those on the Dashboard.

We also added a new Widget: The Burndown Chart. It displays the created Cases compared to closed Cases over time. There are now four Widgets available on the Statistics page: Spread, Detail List, Histogram, and Burndown.

Inbound Processing

The Inbound Processing now has five additional filters:  Product Category, Customer Type, Brand Name, Customer Number, and Resolver Data.
