Virus Bulletin Spam Reviews Use Abusix Spamfeeds to Compare Antispam Products

Tue, 09/21/2010 - 12:38

Virus Bulletin just implemented the Abusix spamfeed to conduct its surveys: From the current test onwards, Abusix will provide Virus Bulletin with a second spam corpus. The Virus Bulletin's 'VBSPAM Comparative Review' is an in-depth examination of the efficiency of Antivirus Products which gives a broad overview. The Abusix team is proud to contribute to the quality of the reports.

The abusix spam traps are existing for more than 10 years and are in action since 2008 and are primarily utilized to form the backbone of the Global Reporting Project which informs ISPs in charge of problems in their network. The Global Reporting Project is steadily looking for contributors to start reporting as well.
